At ESAT (Escuela Superior de Arte y Tecnología), I designed and developed the course “Marketing Strategy & New Product Launches”, tailored for creative students. My role encompasses full course conception and curriculum design, as well as hands-on facilitation of lectures, workshops and real-world simulations that connect creative thinking with strategic business development.
The course focuses on translating ideas into viable go-to-market strategies by combining market analysis, positioning and practical implementation planning.
Students gain hands-on experience in strategic marketing by developing and presenting complete go-to-market strategies for their own product concepts.
Through this process they learn how to structure market analysis, define positioning and design practical implementation tactics.
As a lecturer, I guide students in bridging the gap between creativity, business theory and real-world application, helping them gain confidence in strategic thinking and entrepreneurial decision-making.
The course combines interactive lectures, real-world case studies and collaborative workshops to foster strategic thinking.
By the end of the course, students develop and present their own go-to-market strategies for new products, services or creative ventures.
By blending theory with practical application, the course empowers students to translate ideas into structured and sustainable business concepts.
