Go2Market: Marketing Strategy for New Product Launches.

At ESAT (Escuela Superior de Arte y Tecnología), I designed and delivered the Marketing Strategy & New Product Launches course, tailored for 8th-semester Business Administration students. My role encompassed full course development and hands-on facilitation of in-class learning experiences, workshops and real-world simulations.

Scope

  • Learn about market dynamics, customer needs and competitors.
  • Understand Marketing foundations and learn to apply them.
  • Group learning & 1:1 tutorships.
  • Set-up a Go2Market plan for your idea.

Results

Students gain hands-on experience in strategic marketing by developing and presenting complete go-to-market strategies for new product ideas which include market analysis, positioning and implementation tactics.

The course is rated highly by participants for its clarity, structure and practical relevance.

As a lecturer, I am able to guide students in bridging the gap between creativity, business theory and real-world application, helping them gain confidence in strategic thinking and eventually launch their own business.
